2. What data we process
This website has no forms or registration areas. We only process personal data in these cases:
- If you email or call us: we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry.
- If you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics collects aggregated browsing data (pages visited, device, approximate country). See the cookie policy.
Registration for the contest and submission of works take place on the contest's external platform. The ASISA Foundation is the controller of that data and the platform acts as processor [Pending validation]. Its purpose is to manage participation, judging and the announcement of results, in accordance with the rules.
3. Legal basis and purpose
- Enquiries: your consent when contacting us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering you (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Web analytics: your express consent through the cookie notice (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Taking part in the contest: the relationship arising from acceptance of the rules (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to answer them and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. Google Analytics data is kept according to the property settings [Pending validation: 14 months].
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Google Ireland Limited provides the analytics service and may carry out international transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to asisafoto@fundacionasisa.org or to the postal address above.
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
